Red Maple Care isn't a franchise. It's a family mission born from our own experience with the people we love.
It started with my grandmother.
After a decade in a demanding sales career, I realised my true calling was much closer to home. My grandmother was battling dementia, and my grandfather was her primary carer and hero.
Watching them, I saw firsthand how challenging it can be—but I also saw the relief that came when the right support arrived. I was profoundly grateful for the aged care providers whose help allowed my grandparents to stay in their own home with dignity and freedom. It changed everything for them, and for me.
My grandfather and I founded Red Maple Care to give that same gift back to the community. We are not a large corporation; we are a family team dedicated to helping you live vibrantly in the home you love.

We Speak Your Language
Communication is the heart of care. We offer full English and Mandarin (中文) support. Plus, we provide family updates after visits so everyone stays informed and connected.
Faces You Know, Not Strangers
Inviting someone into your home requires trust. We operate on a "Familiar Faces" model, meaning we don't rotate strangers through your door. You get consistent carers who know your routine.
We Are Here When You Call
No waiting on hold. We promise a Same Day Response. Every enquiry gets a call back the same day—and if we miss you, we follow up by SMS and email immediately.
The "Right Fit" Guarantee
The relationship has to be right. If you don't absolutely enjoy the first visit of your support worker, tell us within 7 days. We will arrange a rematch and credit the service fee for that first visit (up to $300).
