By accessing and using the website of Red Maple Care Pty Ltd ("the Website"), you acknowledge and agree to these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.
2. Website Content & Accuracy
- 2.1Our Website contains information about Aged Care, NDIS services, and Home Care Packages. While we make every effort to ensure the information is accurate and up to date, errors may occur.
- 2.2To the extent permitted by law, Red Maple Care does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of any information contained on this Website. We exclude liability for any decisions made on the basis of information included or excluded from this Website.
- 2.3The content on this Website is for general information purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. Technology & Security
- 3.1We do not guarantee that our Website will be free from viruses, malware, or other forms of technical sabotage.
- 3.2We accept no responsibility for any foreign computer code that is introduced into your computer system through the use of this Website. You are responsible for implementing your own security and virus protection measures.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Red Maple Care excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of your use of the Website or reliance on Website Information.

This Website is intended for residents of Australia. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
Part 2: Promotional Terms & Conditions
Applies to the "$200 Voucher", "Right Fit Guarantee", and Referral Offers.
1. The $200 "Meet the Team" Voucher
- 1.1Eligibility: The Voucher is valid for new clients who sign a Service Agreement with Red Maple Care for a Home Care Package (HCP) or NDIS plan.
- 1.2Nature of Voucher: The Voucher is a Service Discount to the value of $200.00 AUD (including GST). It is not exchangeable for cash, gift cards, or other tender.
- 1.3Usage Restrictions (Internal Staff Only):
- (a) The Voucher is valid exclusively for services delivered directly by Red Maple Care employed staff (e.g., internal support workers, cleaners, or gardeners).
- (b) The Voucher cannot be applied to invoices for third-party providers, brokerage services, or independent contractors sourced through Red Maple Care.
- 1.4Redemption: The discount will be applied to the client's first invoice(s) until the $200 balance is exhausted.
- 1.5Limit: Limit of one (1) Voucher per household/client.
2. The "Right Fit" Guarantee (The "Happy Day" Promise)
- 2.1The Promise: If a client is dissatisfied with the compatibility or quality of a support worker during their first shift with that worker, Red Maple Care will waive the cost of that specific shift.
- 2.2Notification: To claim this guarantee, the client must notify Red Maple Care management by phone or email within 48 hours of the conclusion of the shift.
- 2.3Financial Adjustment:
- (a) Upon a successful claim, Red Maple Care will void the invoice for that shift.
- (b) No claim will be made against the client's NDIS plan or Home Care Package for the disputed shift. Red Maple Care absorbs this cost directly.
- 2.4Limitations: This guarantee applies only to the first shift with a specific worker.
3. The "No Awkwardness" Switch Policy
- 3.1Policy: Clients verify their right to request a change of support worker at any time, for any reason, without the need for confrontation or detailed explanation to the worker.
- 3.2Process: The client must contact Red Maple Care management to request a "Switch." We will handle all communication with the previous worker regarding the cessation of their shifts.
4. The "Good Neighbour" Referral Program
- 4.1Referrer Bonus: Existing clients (Referrers) are eligible for a $200 Gift Card only after the new client (Referee) has completed their first 50 hours of invoiced support with Red Maple Care.
- 4.2Funding: Referral bonuses are paid from Red Maple Care's management funds, not from client package funds.
